1. No Refunds Policy
   Due to the handcrafted nature of our art, we do not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and uniqueness of our creations.
    

2. Exchanges

   • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same or similar piece.

   • Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please email us at [your contact email] with a description of the issue and accompanying photographs of the damaged item.
      

3. Custom Orders
   Custom and commissioned artwork is created specifically to your specifications and therefore cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. We work closely with you during the creation process to ensure satisfaction.
    

4. Shipping Issues
   While we take great care in packaging our artwork to prevent damage during transit, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to courier services. Please contact the courier directly to resolve these issues.
    

5. Exceptions
   If you believe there is an exceptional circumstance, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a resolution, we value your feedback and will review each case individually.
